| Withdrawal Policy | Players may withdraw from a given tournament prior to the Withdrawal Deadline, after which their credit card will be refunded in full. The Withdrawal Deadline is typically 3-5 days prior to the event start date, however all players are encouraged to take note of the Withdrawal Deadline published in the Quick Facts for the event. Players who withdraw after the Withdrawal Deadline will not receive a refund of the entry fee, unless the player has a documented medical reason for withdrawal. In the event of a documented medical reason for withdrawal, the player will receive a full refund of the entry fee. |

| Code of Conduct | By submitting an entry for any EXP Golf administered or sacntioned competition, the player is expected to understand that their participation is at the sole discretion of the EXP Golf. A player may be removed from any tournament at the discretion of the EXP Golf staff or Competitions Committee at any time before or during the competition. Incidents of unbecoming conduct or actions deemed to be detrimental to the image of the EXP Golf or the “Spirit of the Game” are grounds for such removal and suspension from future EXP Golf-administered competitions. These include, but are not limited to the following:
