What We Do Not Do
EXP Golf does NOT sell your personal data. We do NOT share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. EXP Golf membership is free. Tournament entry fees are the only paid transactions on the Site and are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. EXP Golf does not store credit card numbers or financial information. All payment data is provided directly to Stripe, whose use of your information is governed by their privacy policy.
Your Rights
All users have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them.
For European residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing of your personal data. We process your information to fulfill our contractual obligations and to pursue our legitimate business interests.
For California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. As stated above, we do not sell your personal information.

Your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, including from the European Union, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States for processing and storage.
