Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or, if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) and EXP Golf, a division of Crownline Sports Inc. ("EXP Golf," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the EXP Golf website, your membership, and participation in any events, tournaments, or other programs offered by EXP Golf (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the website, registering as a member, or participating in any event, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website, register for membership, or participate in any events organized by EXP Golf.

Definitions

• "Website" refers to https://www.expgolf.org and all associated pages and services.
• "EXP Golf" or "the League" refers to EXP Golf, a division of Crownline Sports Inc.
• "Membership" refers to a free account on the EXP Golf platform that provides access to information, the Player Dashboard, tournament registration, and related services.
• "Player Dashboard" refers to the private, member-specific portal on the Website that provides Members with tournament registration, withdrawal, performance metrics, rankings, and playing history.
• "Member," "Player," or "User" refers to any individual who creates an account, registers for membership, or participates in events offered by EXP Golf. This includes players, parents or legal guardians of players, and any other individuals interacting with EXP Golf.
• "Services" refers to the website, tournament organization, rankings, communications, and all other programs and features offered by EXP Golf.

Membership

EXP Golf membership is free. Membership provides access to information, the Player Dashboard, tournament registration, rankings, and related services on the Website. Membership does not guarantee access to any specific services, products, or tournament spots. EXP Golf reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features and services at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

EXP Golf events are open to amateur golfers ages 11–21 who maintain NCAA eligibility. All participants must be registered members of EXP Golf. Players under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to register and participate.

Tournament Participation & Entry Fees

Tournament registration is managed through the Player Dashboard. Entry fees are processed via Stripe and typically cover the green fee for the event. Registration deadlines and entry fee amounts are published on each tournament's microsite and in the Player Dashboard. By registering for a tournament, you agree to pay the applicable entry fee and abide by all tournament rules and regulations.

Withdrawals & Refunds

Players who withdraw from a tournament before the published Withdrawal Deadline will receive a full refund of the entry fee, less the payment processor service fee. No refunds will be granted for withdrawals after the Withdrawal Deadline, except in documented medical situations at the discretion of League Office. Player & Parent Conduct

All members, parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to uphold the EXP Golf Code of Conduct at all times during EXP events. EXP Golf reserves the right to assess consequences for conduct violations, including verbal warnings, stroke penalties, disqualification, suspension, or a ban from future events.

Rankings & Points System

EXP Golf operates the XP System, a proprietary ranking and points system. Points are awarded across three categories: Tournament Performance, Invitational Events, and Player-Driven Events. Rankings are updated on a weekly basis. Qualification for invitation-only events is determined by rankings and points standings. EXP Golf reserves the right to modify the points system and ranking methodology at any time.

Communication

By registering as a member, you consent to receive communications from EXP Golf regarding events, schedules, results, and league updates via email and the Website. Members are responsible for checking their communications and staying informed of any changes to tournament schedules, deadlines, or policies.

Website Use & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree not to post or transmit any abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content through the Website.
• You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Website or its servers.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or any systems connected to it.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of EXP Golf, a division of Crownline Sports Inc., or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited. To report copyright infringement, contact team@expgolf.org.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EXP GOLF DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXP GOLF, A DIVISION OF CROWNLINE SPORTS INC., AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EXP Golf, a division of Crownline Sports Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

Either party may terminate membership at any time. EXP Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, EXP Golf, or third parties. The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Privacy

Changes to Terms
